Today I share with you an article which once again demonstrates how important it is to take the time to listen to your clients and take this opportunity to make a difference for this person.  What a great world it would be if everyone did this at least once a day!  Imagine all the positive that would come from these simple gestures and how much your company would benefit from this type of action.  I also want to emphasize that once again, the person who made the difference in this case is the front line associate 😉 
Congrats to the personal shopper at Jockey International for taking the time to truly listen to his customer, to have had the idea to go above and beyond and make a difference in this customer’s life.  WOW!!
