Today I share with you another customer experience feel good story.  What a great example of how employees can make a difference and make this world a better place.  Congrats to Lauren Wells and Brad Cattermole at Chili’s Bar and Grill in Midvale, Utah for taking the time to understand and care about their customers. That is what I call a WOW!
 I particularly love what Brad Cattermole said in this article “Our goal is to make guests feel special, so anything we can do to make an experience over the top of special, we give our servers the power to make the decisions to make that happen”.
