Here is this week’s WOW moment!  Zappos seems to have customer experience down pat!  They truly know the value of customer experience and how to apply it every day.
 
Here is one example of how they did it again an incredible feel good story!  Kudos to Zappos CEO, Tony Hsieh’s for having this vision and for transmitting it to all staff members and to the Staff members for making a difference every day.  WOW!
